Kindness

Kindness is defined in Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary as the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

Kindness:

  • Is its own reward
  • Benefits two, the person receiving kindness and the person being kind
  • Is an aspect of attractiveness
  • Often leads to a smile
  • Is a reminder of the importance of being humane
  • Could become a habit if practiced routinely
  • Is satisfying
  • Should be a basic instinct
